Soulness Counselling is more than just ‘chat therapy’. The sole purpose and focus is to help you move your body and feel seen, heard and supported.

This is NOT programming or nutrition or exercise plans. This is a fusion of counselling and movement to help navigate life’s challenges, be empowered, find your strength and courage and live the life you want.

Movement may include breathwork, meditation, Pilates (reformer and mat-based), High Intensity training, Strength & Conditioning, stretching and more. Every session is intuitively curated for what a person NEEDS in that moment, on that day, not necessarily
what they want.
